The May Full Moon is a time to pause, reflect and release. Finally ushering us into the blooming energy of spring.
On May 1st, together we will:
- Use guided meditation to reflect on the past, identify what no longer serves us.
- Flow through a yoga sequence designed to release negative energetic cords, weights and worries.
- Soften through yin and anchoring in gratitude during savasana and blooming fully into the space you’ve created.
